The demo saves the whole virtual wallet, fractional hundredths, and a pending-round flag in local storage. Controls reset on reload, and an unfinished round is discarded without refund or resume. The stake is deducted once at the start and persists before animation. Fractional carry is kept separately, with whole coins credited to the balance.
